“How do I get in contact?”

You can contact us at info@twinflames.com. We recommend reading through the FAQ before emailing any questions you may have. 

“Can I make a return?”

We accept exchanges for incorrect items received. The exchange item/items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. You have 30 days from the time your order was placed to request an exchange. 

“How do I cancel an order?”

Please reach out to our customer service at info@twinflames.com as soon as possible. Once the items have been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to cancel it. 

“Can I change my size or item after I placed my order?”

Please reach out to our customer service at info@twinflames.com as soon as possible. Once the items have been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to make changes. 

“How do I get store credit?”

If exchanged for store credit or in the case of damaged items we will issue store credit through email in the amount equivalent to the returned item/items. 

“Where is my package?” 

Each customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order has left our warehouse and when the order is confirmed. If you are unable to find the email please check spam first, then contact us at info@twinflames.com

“I never received my order, but it says it was delivered.”

Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible if the package was lost, stolen or damaged through the mailing service. Please contact the mail service for an issues refund or claim. 

“Do I have to pay custom fees?”

All international customers are subject to pay for any additional fees. We are unable to estimate these costs at checkout.

“How do I know when the next restock is?”

You can sign up for our Newsletter at the bottom of this page for information on all upcoming restocks.

Domestic Mail

If shipping domestically it takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive once it has left our warehouse.

International Mail

Approximately 10 business days to arrive once it has left our warehouse. Please consider that international orders are more likely to experience delays.
